Terms and Conditions

  1. ELIGIBILITY

    1. The 100% Membership Money Back Guarantee (“The Offer”) is open to the UK, Channel Islands (CI), and Isle of Man (IoM) residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Bikers Care Approved Limited (“BiCA”), their immediate families or anyone else connected with this offer.
    2. Those wishing to claim money back via The Offer (“Claimants”) must:
      1. have purchased an initial Bikers Care Approved Membership (“Membership”) within the 12 months preceding the date of receipt of the claim;
      2. actively used their Membership, specifically with regard to:
        1. submitting insurance policy details, utility contracts and telecoms contracts, to BiCA, giving BiCA the opportunity to save the Claimants money on renewals (“Deals”);
        2. responding to and taking up any such Deals found by BiCA, allowing the opportunity for savings to occur;
      3. demonstrate that BiCA has failed to save them, or given them the opportunity to save, 150% of the fee paid to BiCA by the applicant for the applicant’s first year of membership.
    3. By participating in this offer, Claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. BiCA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
    4. Only one claim per person. No bulk or third-party claims will be accepted.
    5. The Offer does not extend to the repayment of any Joining Fee paid, or membership upgrade fees, such as:
      1. Virtual Online GP upgrade;
      2. SOS Alerts upgrade;
  2. HOW TO CLAIM

    1. In order to claim, the Claimant must initiate the claim by contacting contact@careapproved.com, and must include:
      1. their full name;
      2. address;
      3. telephone number;
      4. evidence of BiCA failing to save, or providing the Claimant the opportunity to save 150% of the value of their first year’s membership fee
    2. Claimants can alternatively initiate their claim via post, sending all the information above to: Money Back Guarantee, Bikers Care Approved, Quob Park, Titchfield Lane, Wickham, Fareham, Hampshire, PO17 5PG.
    3. Claimants will also need :
      1. The original receipt (either an on-site till receipt or an online receipt), clearly showing the membership date of purchase. If submitting an online receipt, your name and address must also be visible.  Photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Receipts will not be returned.
  3. REFUND

    1. Claims (a) correctly submitted; and (b) meeting the eligibility criteria outlined above; will receive a refund of the price paid by the applicant for the first year of membership. If you purchased membership at a promotional price, you will receive a refund at that same promotional price.
    2. Refunds will be paid by cheque, made payable to the person named on the claim.
    3. Postal claims will also receive an extra fixed refund in consideration of the cost of submitting the claim by post. Residents of the UK, CI and IoM will be refunded 2nd class postage to a maximum of 54p.
    4. Please allow 28 days for the processing of your refund.
  4. GENERAL

    1. BiCA will not accept any responsibility for lost, late, ineligible or incomplete claims. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be processed.
    2. BiCA reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this offer.
    3. BiCA does not warrant that any use or access to its website will be uninterrupted by error or virus free, nor shall it have any liability for damage that could be caused by hostile software.
    4. BiCA does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising out of this offer except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its own negligence.
    5. Personal data will only be used by BiCA for the purposes of running this offer and in accordance with BiCA’s Privacy Policy.
