Sometimes you put yourself at risk for Your Lifestyle, be that when out on your own in the event of an accident when using your bike, running or involved in any other active sport alone. To protect you, included with all Bikers Care Approved Memberships is the Digital Alerts App which when activated can automatically notify your preferred contact in the event of a fall or can be manually triggered in a panic situation. Using your smartphone’s technology, Digital Alerts tries to detect sudden impacts, indicative of a fall or collision, and if no movement is detected afterwards, Digital Alerts will message your preferred contact with details including your GPS location (if you have given permission for the app to track you) to arrange help if needed.

If you are involved in an accident, our Member Assist concierge, as well as speeding up your recovery, will provide a comprehensive accident management service, including initiating your insurance claim, organising repairs, replacement hire, legal advice and any medical treatment needed, all underpinned by our Star Rated Providers, saving Your Time.

Digital Assistance App
The Digital Assistance App acts as the central hub of your Bikers Care Approved Membership. Using the Digital Assistance app, you are able to access Everyday Savings for your bills, including savings on insurance, utilities, groceries, high street shopping, as well as savings on days out and travel.
The Digital Assistance App is also where you will be able to access our 5/5 Star Rated Providers, and should the worse happen, our Member Assist Concierge will be able to provide you with a comprehensive accident management service, including initiating a claim in the event of a non-fault accident, or helping you get the treatment you need to ensure Your Health, Your Time, Your Money and Your Lifestyle are protected.
Digital Alerts App
The Digital Alerts App is designed to help protect Your Safety.
Using the sensors built into your smartphone (both iOS and Android), the Digital Alerts App can detect falls and minor impacts. If a fall is detected, and the user fails to respond to a Safety Check prompt, Digital Alerts will automatically notify your preferred contact so that they can check to see if you are ok. You will also receive a courtesy call from the Care Response team within 72 hours of a detected fall, and should you need further care, they will be able to put you in touch with one of our 5/5 Star Rated providers to ensure you get the care you need to help get you back on your feet.4
The Digital Alerts App can also be triggered manually should you find yourself in a panic situation.
SOS Alerts App3
The SOS Alerts App will track and monitor your activity (with your permission) using the accelerometers built into your device. This enables the detection of sudden impacts, indicative of a fall or vehicle collision.
The service is monitored by our certified 24/7 Care Team, with links to emergency services. In the event that a fall or collision is detected, the 24/7 Care Team will first try to contact you to ensure that you are ok. If there is no response, or following your instruction, the 24/7 Care Team will direct emergency services to your last known location, ensuring that help gets to you within the vital golden hour, increasing the chances of survival following a traumatic injury.

Digital Care + SOS Alerts
With the Digital Care + SOS Alerts Membership plan, you get all the benefits of Digital Care, as well as access to the SOS Alerts App and monitored safety service.
With SOS Alerts, Your Safety is monitored through the SOS Alerts App. Sudden impacts indicative of a fall or vehicle collision can be detected using the sensors in your smartphone.
